How scheduling works
- Tell us what you need. Send your preferred dates, location, and group size.
- We confirm the fit. We’ll confirm availability and recommend the best event format for your group.
- A 50% deposit secures the date.
- Final counts are due 48 hours before the event.

Event site requirements
- Level ground.
- At least 14 ft × 12 ft of open space.
- Power access preferred, but not always required.
- Indoor or outdoor setup possible, weather dependent (outdoor 40–100 °F).
- Play area accessible from 3 sides only — not 360°.
- Canopy available for outdoor events.
We’ll work with you to determine what your space can accommodate; maximum participant capacity depends on available site space.
Deposits & cancellations
A 50% deposit secures your date, and final participant counts are due 48 hours before the event. Cancellation and reschedule terms — including weather-related options for outdoor events — are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
