Privacy

What we collect

Registering for a class submits: each attendee’s name, age, and optional prior-experience note; a contact email for the receipt; and, when any attendee is under 18, a guardian’s name and phone number. The contact form collects a name, email, and message. The class waitlist collects a name, email, and optional phone.

Payments

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and never reach Flatline Robotics servers. We receive only the booking details and payment status needed to confirm your seat.

Children

Attendee information is submitted by a parent or legal guardian during registration. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children online.

Analytics

The site uses self-hosted Umami analytics: aggregate page-view counts with no advertising, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party analytics services.

What we don’t do

We do not sell or rent personal information. Booking details are shared only with Flatline Robotics staff who run the classes, and with the service providers named above (Stripe for payment, our hosting infrastructure).

Retention and deletion

Booking and contact records are retained indefinitely as part of our business records. To request a copy of your information, or to have it deleted, email info@flatlinerobotics.com.
