By accessing or enrolling in any Flatline Robotics program, camp, event, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Flatline Robotics provides hands-on robotics education programs, camps, workshops, and event-based engineering experiences designed for educational and training purposes. Programs include robotics cohort programs, combat robotics camps, tactical events, and custom engineering workshops.
Participants must be between 10–16 years old unless otherwise stated. Certain advanced programs or events may require additional approval or supervision requirements.
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment. Tuition fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment plans must be completed as agreed during registration. Failure to complete payment may result in removal from the program.
Participants must follow all safety instructions at all times. Protective equipment must be used where required. Unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund. Any intentional damage to equipment may result in liability charges. Respect for instructors, staff, and participants is mandatory.
Participation involves exposure to physical tools, machinery, electrical systems, and engineering environments. By participating, you acknowledge that risks exist, including minor injuries despite safety measures, and that participation is voluntary and approved by the participant or guardian.
All curriculum content, training materials, designs, systems, and branding belong to Flatline Robotics. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any materials without written permission.
Flatline Robotics may capture photos and videos during programs or events for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify us before participation in writing.
Flatline Robotics reserves the right to modify schedules, reschedule sessions, or cancel programs due to operational needs or enrollment levels. In case of cancellation, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.
Flatline Robotics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the program.
Our website may include links to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of updated terms.
